Mixing Guy

Despite that you could record and mix a song using only audio sequencer and bundled plugins, it often makes sense to buy some great plugin effects (VST, AU, RTAS) that are available out there. Some of them are very good and not necessarely cost too much. I really like many of Voxengo plugins that are unbelievebly good compared to what they cost. I also like Focusrite´s and TC Electronic´s plugins that run on their own DSP without taxing your computer.

Are there plugins that aren´t worth buying? Yes, I think that there are many plugins that cost too much compared to what they have to offer. If the plugin costs hundreds of dollars, it doesn´t guarantee that you like the plugin. So, it´s worth testing before buying. And also, reading what other have discovered could be useful information.
